This has all the comforts of home and is surrounded on 3 sides by the fabulous Gorges State Park; which contains 9,000 +/- acres of woodlands, waterfalls, streams, rivers, and other beautiful natural wonders - all of which are available to Toxaway Views Condominium owners & guests and which begin a short hike from our front doors!

Both bedrooms are very spacious, one having a king-size bed and private bath and outside deck, and the other has two twins with a bathroom across the hall.

The magnificence of Toxaway Views’ swimming pool & deck area with its own waterfall featuring huge rocks and natural landscaping is the tremendous enjoyment of the Toxaway Views Condominium guests. The tennis court is another source of enjoyment as are the trails and paths thru the surrounding forests and meadowlands.

If you are golf enthusiasts, there are many courses available in the immediate proximity.  They are Sapphire Mountain, Glen Cannon, Sherwood Forest, High Hampton, and Etowah--just to name a few.

The Toxaway River is usually 1st seen from Hwy 64 as you pass over it in a vehicle. There are spots to pull over, park, and take a look. Lake Toxaway (3,000 Ft Elevation) is on the upper side of the road. Toxaway Falls then spills and slides over some very colorful bedrock in a 240' change in elevation before the river disappears into the forest. In 1916, the dam gave way and Lake Toxaway came gushing down the gorge, stripping away the dense vegetation and exposing the bedrock along the falls and below.

The bridge isn't considered an access point to the river or Gorges State Park - the park boundary is down river and way out of sight. In fact, there are no official trails anywhere along the river, but it can be accessed by parking at the lot on Frozen Creek Rd and either walking down Augerhole Rd or Cane Brake Rd. The Cane Brake trail leads to the Foothills Trail and the point where Toxaway River empties into Lake Jocassee.
